💪🏽 We made it! Our first export to Europe 🥳

We have been quiet for long now. This was because we had a pretty tough time. The pandemic hit us very hard, as our complete market collapsed. As we are a strong and very dedicated team, we kept going, constantly tried new ways to keep afloat.

One of the actions we took to generate revenue was a crowd-ordering partnership with Swiss fair-trade pioneer Gebana. The aim was to generate at least 500 orders from Switzerland and Germany in order to make an export to Europe viable!

👉🏽 We succeeded! We are approaching 600 orders even. This is a huge success for us, because it shows that our products are attractive and well received. We will generate some revenue which we can again invest in our sales activities in Uganda. Which by the way restarted also this year.

We would like to express our utmost gratitude to all the people that ordered our products and made that export possible. Webale muno!

Now we are busy with production to get our yummy products full of Ugandan sun and joy to Europe as quickly as possible.
